Our experience ranges from single-unit transformations in the center of Turin to full building renovations in Moncalieri, as well as the development of five-storey residential projects designed for students across various districts of the city.

CEO / Managing Partner
Cem Berk is a graduate of IED. He is the founder of our company. He brings a deep-rooted industry expertise shaped by over 30 years of family experience. This heritage has contributed to the realization of major, high-profile projects across Turkey, establishing a strong foundation of knowledge and leadership in the field.
With the vision of extending this substantial experience to the international arena, he founded Petra Project Investmentin Italy, aiming to develop large-scale, high-impact projects within the European market.
His leadership approach is built on sustainable growth, investment-driven strategies, and a commitment to excellence in project development. As the driving force behind our long-term objectives, he continues to guide Petra Project Investment toward broader networks and global opportunities.
Ahmet Can Basak
Project Manager
Ahmet Can Basak, a graduate of the Politecnico di Torino in Architecture, has built a strong international expertise through projects carried out in Turkey, Nigeria, and Italy.
Throughout his professional career, he has contributed to numerous renovation and development projects, gaining high-level competence in project management, design coordination, and execution processes for both residential and commercial structures.
