Cem Berk
CEO / Managing Partner
Cem Berk is an IED graduate and the founder of our company. He grew up within his family's construction and project development activities, which have lasted for over 30 years; from an early age, he actively participated in field operations, cost management, procurement processes, and project coordination. This experience has been embodied in high-quality projects of varying scales implemented in Türkiye, transforming into strong practical experience.
With the vision of leveraging this technical and operational infrastructure on an international scale, the company established Petra Project Investment in Italy, aiming to develop investment-focused, feasibility-based, and sustainable projects in the European market.
The leadership approach is based on data-driven decision-making, cost-time optimization, and long-term value creation. By integrating design, technical coordination, and investment strategy in project development processes, it guides the company's growth strategy and expands its international network through new collaborations.
Ahmet Can Basak
Project Manager
Ahmet Can Başak completed his architectural education at Politecnico di Torino. He has gained strong international professional experience through projects he has undertaken in Türkiye, Nigeria, and Italy.
Throughout his professional career, he has actively participated in numerous renovation and project development processes; acquiring advanced expertise in project management, design coordination, and implementation processes, particularly for residential and commercial buildings. His experience in technical detail analysis, interdisciplinary coordination, and on-site implementation management ensures that projects progress in line with planned quality and time targets.
Shiva Gezer Berk
Project Manager / Interior Designer
Shiva Gezer graduated from IED Interior Architecture department in 2016.
After graduation, she worked as a Senior Designer in a studio specializing in interior architecture and graphic design in Turin, gaining extensive experience in both the spatial and visual aspects of design.
Throughout her career, she has undertaken projects in diverse disciplines including retail and store design, residential interiors, brand identity, and product design. This multidisciplinary background enables her to approach each project with a holistic perspective, integrating spatial design with visual language to create coherent and distinctive spaces.
Based on this infrastructure, we adopt a consultancy-focused approach in interior design; in each project, we develop strategically based design decisions by analyzing the user vision, brand language, and functional needs. Under the umbrella of Petra Project Investment, we participate in interior design and design consultancy projects; transforming strategic goals into balanced and original design solutions.
Their work is distinguished by its attention to detail, sensitivity to its context, and flexible design approach that easily adapts to projects of varying scales.
